Servings: 9 pieces
apron Preheat oven to 450F.
Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Add eggs and milk.
Mix well, making a smooth batter.
Pour into a greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until crusty and golden-brown.
Cool slightly in pan then remove to a rack; serve warm.
